Main features of 20 tons heavy duty forklift:
Power system: adopt CUMMINS QSC8.3 turbocharged engine, with emission meeting the requirements of epa3 and EU; High performance, low fuel consumption, low speed, high torque and large reserve power. Equipped with large-size plate fin composite radiator and suction fan, reduce the temperature of air inlet and increase the reliability of cooling system. Transmission system: Adopt ZF three-level power shift gearbox , use the current TCU microelectronics proportional control valve , so as to realize the automatic smooth shift without interruption of power, and there is no need for the driver to shift manually. Driven axle: Germany Kessler heavy-duty drive axle, two-stage deceleration, wet multi disc walking brake, the system is completely closed and maintenance free, which is suitable for heavy working conditions.
Hydraulic system: American Parker combined hydraulic valve, main hydraulic pump and piston accumulator. Load sensing hydraulic system to reduce the continuous load of the engine; The remote hydraulic control mode is simple, convenient and flexible. Multiple hydraulic test points are added to simplify the maintenance.
Braking system: American mico hydraulic power brake valve, wet multi disc service brake and caliper disc parking brake system with hydraulic release under the action of spring, equipped with temperature controlled forced cooling oil circuit, safe and reliable.
Steering system: transverse oil cylinder steering axle with single double acting oil cylinder, full hydraulic power steering, steering priority and load sensing function to realize easy steering.
Mast system: widened 2 stage mast to enhance the torsion resistance of mast and broaden the field of vision; Double speed limiting valve oil circuit, better safety. Standard fork positioner.
